Shipping Rates:

​For shipping within the United States:

  • Shipping for the first disc is only $3.99
  • The second disc is $2.09
  • For the third disc the shipping charge is $1.89
  • Shipping for discs is capped at a maximum of $7.87.  For each additional disc purchased beyond the third, the shipping is FREE!!!  Adding other non-disc products will create additional shipping costs.

If your total cart purchase exceeds $150 in qualified products (excludes baskets and carts), you pay $0 for shipping. We pay the entire shipping cost for you which gives you FREE SHIPPING.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

At Infinite Discs we pride ourselves in our timely ability to process orders. Because of our package volume, USPS picks up packages from our warehouse twice daily.

Priority Upgrade Orders made by 4:30pm Mountain Time are almost always shipped the same business day.

Standard orders shipped from the Infinite Discs warehouse are generally shipped within three business days unless we are waiting for a customer response as result of an order error.

Because there is no USPS mail service on federal holiday’s, packages will not be received by the shipping courier until the following business day.

Shipping Upgrade:

If you need a small package sooner, check the “Priority Mail Upgrade” link in the Upgrades section of the shopping cart.

For a $4.50 charge we will expedite your order to the top of our order queue and send it through a service that averages a 2-6 day delivery time.

The priority upgrade does NOT guarantee delivery in a certain number of days, but it does give you faster processing and a more expensive, generally faster, delivery service.

PLEASE NOTE: Weekends and holidays WILL slow down shipping time, that is why the estimates are listed as “business days.”  Mail is usually not picked up from our facility or delivered on weekends.

Also, the shipping time estimates are for the USA ONLY. International orders will always take more time, which we are unable to control.

If you need faster shipping for large orders, you must contact us before making the order so we can calculate additional charges for a priority mail shipment. The shipping upgrade applies to orders within the lower 48 states. (excludes backpacks, baskets, carts, etc. and does NOT available for international shipments).

For large items, or overnight delivery, you must contact us in advance to arrange payment for expedited shipping.

International Shipping:

If you live in common disc golf countries, we have international shipping prices for discs calculated for you when you check out.

For countries where we have never shipped before, we will manually have to bill you the shipping cost after you check out. Most international orders are shipped via UPS.

Customs information is submitted electronically from the order. Because of this, we are not able to combine multiple orders, as it shorts items on the customs paperwork. We are also not able to falsely lower the value of the items in your order for customs processing in your country.

Please note that international shipping charges only cover the cost of shipping the package to you. They do NOT cover customs duties and taxes charged by the receiving country. You are responsible for paying taxes charged by your country for receiving imported products (those charges may be levied by your own postal service upon receipt).

* There is No Free International Shipping. Packages only qualify for free shipping within the United States. Some large products including baskets and disc golf carts do not apply for Free Shipping.

Infinite Discs Return Policy:

Items purchased, but unused may be returned to Infinite Discs at the buyers shipping expense within 1 month of purchase.

Customers may choose from the following options for returned items in new condition:

  • A. Refunded minus a 10% restock fee
  • B. Fully refunded with Infinite Discs store credit.
  • C. Exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value.

If a disc has been thrown, or item used, we can not accept returns.

Wrong Item Shipped

If we make an error with your order, we will pay for the shipping of the item to be returned, or work out another alternative to rectify our error.

Drop Ship Items
Some items such as baskets and some bags are drop shipped directly from the manufacturers. These items are subject to the manufacturers return policy.
