New Infinite Bags

Infinite Discs has brought to the market two new bags for your discs. There is the Infinite Discs Holster, and the Infinite Discs Easy Bag. These are smaller bags and meant to be very minimalistic.

The Infinite Discs Holster

The Infinite Discs Holster is a fun and functional disc pouch that you can strap to your waist with an adjustable belt strap and a secure leg strap to comfortably carry three discs for quick, casual disc golf rounds. You’ll be sure to turn heads as you tuck your three discs into the holster and strut around the fairway. It is comfortable enough to wear while you throw.

The Infinite Discs Holster also features a hoop on the top to work in tandem with the belt strap and leg strap to attach the pouch to backpacks. Or it can be attached to disc golf cart handles or frames to use as a spare putter pouch. Basically, you’ll have a very affordable 3-disc pouch.

The Infinite Discs Easy Bag

The Infinite Discs Easy Bag is the most affordable, easy way to carry your favorite disc golf discs around the course for your casual play.  Yet even for the low price, it is made from quality, long-lasting material and features an embroidered logo for a clean, simple look. It has a zipper pocket on the front, two snap positions to close the top flap over your discs for transport or storage, and an adjustable shoulder strap. The Easy Bag carries 8-10 discs.

Xcom – A Beginner Friendly Brand

Xcom discs is a newer brand that is focused on making discs that are designed with a beginner disc golfer in mind. Within this brand you will find that this brand is affordable, lighter weight, and easy to throw discs. They debuted with 5 discs; Zion Driver, Helios, Eden, Griffon, and Bennu. These are all available on Inifnite Discs website. Each disc is only $6.99, making Xcom a great option for the first time disc golfer.

 

The Zion driver is a general purpose distance driver that can be thrown by beginner to intermediate players with great results. There’s enough stability to handle moderate power and it works great for flex shots that take an S-curve path across the fairway.

 

The Helios is an understable, easy-to-throw fairway driver for general purpose use on the disc golf course. Beginners will find the Helios a very suitable disc to help straighten-out their throws for better distance under low power.

 

The Eden is a stable mid-range that you can throw for a strong approach to the basket. The disc finishes with a little fade after a straight flight. The rim is smooth and low profile for comfortable handling on controlled shots.

 

The Griffon is an easy-to-throw, understable mid-range disc that is ideal for new players or for anhyzer and shots that you want to finish right. If you’re a new player with throws that seem to fade too early every time, a disc like this might help you get that throw straightened out.

 

The Bennu is a comfortable, straight-flying putter. It is beadless and has a low-profile rim, similar to popular understable putters like the Deputy or Fierce. It’s an ideal putter for new players and experienced players alike.

Magic 8-Ball Disc Golf Game

This new disc golf game is meant to shake up how you play casual rounds. The way this will work is that each player will give the ball a shake to determine his/her throw. The player must follow the direction of the 8-Ball for their tee shot. If they do not follow the direction, this will result in a stroke penalty. Or, if you would like, you can create your own set of rules and follow those. ie) the Magic 8-Ball determines each throw except for putts within the 1st circle.

Focus Friday

Another weekend is upon us, and it is time to announce this week’s Focus Friday. Last week we focused on the puzzles. This week, we’re bringing it back to discs, the Infinite Discs’ Ra. So, over the weekend you can save 20% by using the discount code FOCUSRA.

The Ra is a moderately overstable midrange, looking at the profile you’ll notice it is flat topped and beaded. This will have a very straight flight path in the air with a small to moderate amount of fade at the end. It’s a less overstable version of the Inca. On a tiny anhyzer line it’ll pull out of it. On a big anhyzer line, it will hold it until the end. This is a pretty consistent disc, that has a reliable flight path.

Vibe Disc Golf also has released some resin minis. They’re hand made of a clear resin material, with a unique blend of colors injected or formed inside it. Giving each mini a different swirl, pattern, or burst of color. These are durable and meant to be used during your game as your mini. Infinite Discs Rescue Retriever

The Infinite Discs branded Rescue Retriever is the newest retriever to enter the market. This pole boasts a telescoping pole that can extend to 16 feet and retract to a little under 2 feet long. You will be able to securely grab your runaway discs with this dual claw head. This hook works well at grabbing the outer rim as well as the inner rim the disc. The rescue retriever also features a foam grip. Which enables a nice and comfortable grip, all the while allowing for good control over the pole.
