New Checkout Upgrade Options

We have made some changes to our site to make it easier for customers to select different shipping upgrades. These enable you to get your order how you want it, when you want it, or add some additional products to your order at a bargain price.

On the first page of the shopping cart, you will notice that four different upgrade options appear.

  • Priority Upgrade – This option bumps your order to the beginning of our pulling queue (we ship almost 200 packages every day) and upgrades your shipping from first class to USPS Priority Mail 2-3 delivery. Medium size packages between one and ten pounds will usually be shipped by Priority mail, even without paying for the priority upgrade.
  • Ship in a Box – Most of our smaller packages (orders of less than five discs) ship in poly bubble mailer bags. This upgrade option gives you the additional protection of a cardboard box. This upgrade is especially valuable for customers who live in apartment complexes or homes with small mailboxes where mail carriers try to bend and cram a package in the mailbox.
  • Mystery Disc – The mystery disc option is new and gives you a premium plastic disc at a bargain price, and with no additional shipping charge. This is a great way to try new discs.
  • Mystery Swag – Like the mystery disc, mystery swag gives you a bonus surprise with your order. Mystery swag may include shirts, hats, towels, socks, mini discs, decals, stickers, lights, water bottles, or a variety of other accessories. The mystery swag you receive will always have a value exceeding $10.

The shipping option upgrades are currently only available for customers in the lower 48 states.

How to Search for Newly Added Discs on Infinite Discs Website

Infinite Discs has been growing at a very fast pace over the last couple of years, and with that growth comes the challenge of keeping up with the website development and building the features that our customers want.

One of the features that has been requested in the past and finally made available to our customers is the NEWLY ADDED DISCS search link. On your computer browser, open the Infinite Discs website, and then look on the right sidebar of the first page to find the link for Newly Added Discs.  Or on your phone browser, simply scroll down until you see the boxed menu for Featured Discs and you’ll see the Newly Added Discs link there.

Infinite Discs has a lot of customers who are disc enthusiasts, and they want to get the best-looking discs, or the discs that meet very specific specifications, before other shoppers find them. They have asked for a way to see what we’re photographing and adding into our inventory in real time. That is now possible!

We’re not yet at the point where we’re adding inventory 24-hours-per-day, but we are usually adding new inventory onto the website during business hours on weekdays. With the Newly Added Discs link you can search for those fresh additions in almost anyway you’d like. Either refresh the page from time to time to see what else has been added in, or select a time period that you’d like to search, along with other specific queries to narrow down your search.

You can select to search for the last 7 Days, 10 Days, 15 Days, 20 Days, or 30 Days. Just to warn you, searching the discs added in the last 30 discs could pull up well over 8,000 results. If you want to search back further than that, you might as well search the entire website using the Advanced Disc Search feature, which is an excellent way to narrow down searches of the entire online inventory. Keep in mind that using the Newly Added Discs link will narrow your search to discs entered into inventory within the last 30 days (or fewer) so it will not automatically search the store entire inventory.

You can also narrow your disc search by brand, by disc model, or within a weight range, or a combination of all of those factors. Let’s say that I want to see which P2 putters by Discmania are still available from those entered in the last 30 days, but I only want max weight (175g) discs. I can select to search 30 Days, Discmania brand, P2 Psycho as the model, and 175g as my minimum weight. Suddenly, those discs appear and I can add them to my cart simply by scrolling through and clicking the “Add to Cart” button by the discs I want.

Be the first to find the treasures that used to take more effort and time! Find what you’re looking for quickly and easily! Or just sit and refresh the screen while we work to add new discs into our inventory.

Here is a tutorial video that will walk you through the process.
We always welcome your feedback!

A Year of Fun Stamps from Infinite Discs

About a year ago, Infinite Discs decided to improve our selection of discs for our customers by adding some unique and diverse stamp designs. The new stamps could be presented across a number of different brands, or limited to a single brand or even a single mold. After all, we do believe, as a core part of our company philosophy, that a large and diverse selection of discs is best for disc golf shoppers.

One Year of the Infinite Bomber

One of the first stamp images that we presented was the “Infinite Bomber” which is a simple, logo-style image of a bomb with wings. Now, a year later, the Infinite Bomber lives on as a regular part of our disc inventory, and it has also been presented in a few different versions through the year (Blitzkrieg stamp, Atom Bomb Stamp, etc.). To celebrate an entire year of that stamp design, we’ve just released a pair of trucker hats for players who like the Infinite Bomb.

The hats are manufactured by a leading sport hat brand called Headsweats, and they’re comfortable, flex-fit hats for using out on the course. These limited edition hats can be ordered from Infinite Discs HERE. There is a white-and-black version with a colored bomb, and an all-black hat with a grey bomb.

The Monster and the Aztec

One of the next big stamps for Infinite Discs was the Monster, which was released for Halloween of 2016 featuring a three-headed beast. This stamp was limited to a few disc models from Innova and Discmania and was only a one-time run of about 300 discs. A few stayed in the vast disc inventory at Infinite Discs for a few months before eventually selling out.

To kick off the 2017 year, Infinite Discs presented two stamp designs after a dispute among company employees. The younger employees generally believed that a stamp design featuring a tough, gun-toting cat would be very well received, given the popularity of cats online and in other markets. However, the older guys believed that an ancient Aztec design would be more popular. Thus, 300 discs were stamped with each design. The disc models and quantities were exactly matched, using Innova as the brand testing ground. Whichever stamp sold the fastest and the most in a month’s time would continue on as a regular Infinite Discs stamp design.

The contest was presented to our customers as “stamp wars” and a couple of Facebook fan pages were created where people could proudly display photos of their newly acquired discs. Though the contest was close at first, the Aztec stamp eventually took off and left the Tommy Cat stamp in the dust. Thus the Tommy Cat was abandoned (all discs eventually selling out, not to be seen again), while the Aztec stamp moved on to other disc brands like Dynamic Discs, Discmania, Latitude 64, Westside, and more. It has since been restocked on some brands and will be a regular part of the Infinite Discs selection for the foreseeable future.

Limited Edition Stamps

Along with the new year came announcements of new discs. Three of the first to be announced by Trilogy were the Dynamic Discs Sheriff, the Latitude 64 Gladiator, and the Latitude 64 Anchor. With two new distance drivers and an overstable mid-range in the mix, Infinite Discs decided to try a limited edition stamp which would be unique for each. Using the names of the discs as inspiration, three stamps were designed for the three discs. The Sheriff turned out to be the hottest selling of the three, and though it had the largest number of discs made with the stamp (250 total), it was the limited edition that became the most sought-after. The Gladiator limited edition had 150 stamped discs, some of which are still available. And then the Anchor had only 100 limited edition stamped discs featuring the only female character of the three discs– a woman disc golfer holding…well…an anchor.

Other single-mold stamps followed and were received well, including discs like the Dynamic Discs Slammer, Streamline Pilot, Streamline Trace, and very recently the Axiom Mayhem. Others are planned to be released as new discs hit the market, again focusing on fun and interesting stamp designs.

Most of the Infinite Discs stamp designs so far have come through the hard work of a talented artist who uses the online name of NEOmi-triX. The same artist helped to design several stamps for the Infinite Discs VIP Club, which is a subscription service that presents a limited edition stamped disc each month to the disc enthusiasts who subscribe. Most of the VIP Club discs have already become popular collectors pieces, as well as favorites in the bags of many subscribers who choose to throw their limited edition discs.

Sprucing Up Vibram

Vibram’s disc golf branch is a unique disc manufacturer because all of their models are made with rubber rather than plastic. Their discs are high quality in both material and performance. Fans of Vibram are very loyal and dedicated.

However, one thing that disc golfers will immediately notice about Vibram discs is that they do not feature traditional stamps. They are generally “blank” with only an embossed disc name and the Vibram logo. While that clean presentation is a plus for many players, it is also a missing element for other disc enthusiasts who like to have a little more personality and flair with their discs. One of Infinite Disc’s new 2017 efforts in increasing variety and selection is to add some unique images to Vibram’s great discs. So far, fans have been able to collect and throw Vibram discs with full-color Aztec variations, as well as with a really cool Medusa art image, and a new volcano graphic. More designs are planned in the future to spruce up Vibram discs for those who want to try the brand.

Infinite Discs plans to continue approaching different brands and working together on our mission to create an infinite supply of infinite disc choices. The journey will continue through 2017 and beyond!

Limited Edition PILOT is Ready for Takeoff

There has been a lot of hype and a lot of anticipation for the first discs released on the MVP spin-off brand, Streamline Discs. The Pilot was announced to be the initial putter release, and the Trace was the long-range driver. Both discs were officially released to the disc golf market on Friday, March 31st, and sales for both discs were high.  The Streamline spin-off was created separately from the existing MVP and Axiom brands because, unlike the discs on those brands, the Streamline discs would be made from a single mold, rather than an over-mold.

One of the unique features for Streamline Discs, as a single mold manufacturer, is the ability to stamp the discs in triple foil (3-color), just like with other MVP and Axiom discs, giving them the ability to present some fun stamps. Infinite Discs embraced that feature and arranged for a limited edition of both discs.

The Trace limited edition featured a dragon being shot at by missiles from a modern fighter jet. The dragon colors varied, making it fun to find a personal favorite. There were 100 of these stamps on Proton plastic and 100 on Neutron plastic, making a total of 200 limited Infinite Discs edition Traces.

Sales on the limited edition Trace soared and at the time of this blog, only a few remained.

Here Comes the Pilot – On 5 Different Stamps!

For the Pilot, Infinite Discs arrange to have a fun stamp series put together and available to customers on April 6th. The limited edition stamp comes in five different varieties. Each stamp features a pilot standing in front of his airplane, but there are five numbered planes, each from a different era of flight. These are the quantities made:

100 Discs – Plane #1 – Early flight
100 Discs – Plane #2 – World War I Fighter
100 Discs – Plane #3 – World War II Fighter
100 Discs – Plane #4 – Modern Fighter Jet
100 Discs – Plane #5 – Fantasy “Space” Jet
10 – Solo Pilot Discs (all black)

There are four different stamp colors for each airplane. These limited edition Infinite Discs Pilot discs can be purchased separately, or in multi-disc packs for enthusiasts and collectors! All of the stamps are on Electron Soft plastic, which is an ideal, grippy, soft plastic blend that works wonderfully for putters.

For those who want one of each of the 5 airplane stamps, there are a limited quantity of pre-assembled 5-Pilots Packs that can be purchased HERE.

For those who want all 5 airplane stamps as well as all four stamp color variations of each airplane, plus one of the unique Solo Pilot discs (these are black with a unique foil on each stamp, making each of the 10 a “unicorn”), there are an extremely limited quantity of the 21-Pilots Pack. In fact, there are only 10 of these packs, each with its own, unique solo pilot black disc.

These huge pack of putters is perfect for ultimate stamp collectors as well as for those who are excited to make the Pilot putter their primary putter, since there are plenty of discs for practice drills. Or, it could be shared with friends.  You can find the limited 21-Pilots Packs available for order HERE.

Streamline Discs – Single Mold Golf Discs Manufactured by MVP

Streamline Disc Golf Discs

This morning, MVP Disc Sports introduced their new brand — Streamline Discs. Unlike the existing Axiom and MVP brands, Streamline discs will not feature the double mold “Gyro” technology but will be composed of a more traditional single mold plastic.

With MVP’s disc manufacturing experience, they claim that they will be able to make more consistent single mold discs at a less expensive cost:

For seven years we’ve been making far more complex discs than the competition, literally doing twice as much production per disc, all while keeping prices matched with the other guys. We’ve had to build the industry’s best order automation systems at MVP Distribution HQ to meet those prices.

Now with the streamlined efficiency we’ve built, we can produce a classic single piece disc (what we call a solo-mold) that’s molded better than the best out there, we can stamp it standard with 3-foil stock artwork, and we’re still able to beat the price of anyone out there.

While we are not sure of the official release of Streamline Discs, we do know that the initial release will include the Trace Driver and Pilot Putter. We look forward to releasing these discs soon at Infinite Discs.

Disc Golf Sales Trends by Brand

Infinite Discs has officially completed four full years of business. A lot has changed in the disc golf world since we got started at the end of 2012. I thought it would be fun to put together some numbers that show the amount of inventory we’ve purchased from each manufacturer to see how disc preferences have changed.

Note that in 2013, we were a very small online retailer that did approximately one tenth of the business we did in 2016. The graphs and numbers in this chart are in no ways an indication of the overall success or popularity of individual disc brands. These figures simply demonstrate the popularity exclusively from InfiniteDiscs.com. The total volume of sales when demonstrated as a percentage makes it appear that some disc manufacturers are declining, when in reality, our total purchases from all the major manufacturers have increased every year.

Percentage of Sales by Year

2013

Innova has always been the dominating brand for disc golf sales at Infinite Discs, as you can see by the steady blue line at or above 30% of sales. Discraft took up the second-most shelf space in our warehouse, but accounted for significantly less sales at 11.15%. As the hot new thing, Prodigy and Vibram actually accounted for more sales than did Discraft. With many of the top pros switching to Prodigy, everybody needed to try their discs. All the new Prodigy releases flew off our shelves. The Vibram Lace was our most consistent seller throughout the year. In 2013, we purchased “Trilogy” discs directly from Latitude 64 in Sweden. At that time, Dynamic Discs was primarily a retailer, and had just begun manufacturing their own line of discs. MVP was still a rather new company and only offered a handful of disc models.

2014

In 2014 you can see the rapid rise of Trilogy and MVP plastic. At this point, Dynamic Discs became a major distributor and Trilogy discs became more mainstream. MVP introduced their first distance drivers as well as their secondary brand Axiom. Dynamic and MVP sales increased at such a rapid rate that Prodigy and Vibram sales accounted for a substantially smaller percentage of sales than the previous year.

2015

2015 sales follow a similar path as 2014. Trilogy and MVP sales continued to take a bigger share of the pie while Prodigy and several smaller brands became less significant in terms of sales. Dynamic disc sales especially rose with the popularity of their increasing line of disc golf bags. 2015 Vibram sales flat-lined while Legacy Discs started to see a small bump in percentage points with the release of the popular selling Outlaw. Discraft purchases were fairly steady, in large part due to the massive number of Ledgestone Insurance Open Discs introduced.

2016

Last year our biggest increase in percentage of sales came from Discmania. Because previous years Discmania purchases had always been made directly through Innova, these sales are still lumped in the same category. Discmania’s rise in popularity was at the expense of Trilogy, MVP and Discraft. Prodigy saw a slight bump last year, in large part because of the popularity of their inexpensive BP3 and Practice bags.

What will 2017 hold?

The one thing we know for sure is that disc golf will continue to grow and that it’s a great time to be in the industry. There will continue to be new discs and improvements that will help us enjoy the game even more. Innova and Trilogy may be the primary providers of the discs we throw, but you never know if someone, or something, might come along that will alter our disc preferences. We know by experience that one thing is true– most players never tire of exploring new discs!

2016–Year in Review at Infinite Discs

Well another year filled with discs flying through the air and flying off our shelves has come and gone here at Infinite Discs. As we stop and take a look back, 2016 really was quite an eventful year for us. We have had several opportunities to go out and make new friends within the disc golf community, and of course we have been lucky enough to sell more product than ever before, and help disc golfers all over find the discs and equipment that they need. So first and foremost, thank you all for your support this year.

Thank you for making Infinite Discs what it is today, because we really wouldn’t be where we are today without this amazing disc golf community that we are lucky enough to be a part of. Here is a look back on some of the highlights of our year.

Infinite Courses and Infinite Discs App

At the beginning of the year, we expanded our site to include a feature called Infinite Courses. With Infinite Courses, disc golfers have access to a large database of disc golf courses and layouts within those courses. Players can then use their Infinite Discs profiles to keep score and track their playing stats such as putting percentages. Over time, players earn an “Infinite Rating” which is similar to a PDGA rating, but it takes into account all rounds entered. This is great for disc golfers who are looking for ways to try and keep a competitive edge while playing their casual rounds. If you can’t find your local course or current layout, you can create it! Also you can read and write course reviews that help other disc golfers decide which courses to play and what they should expect.

The best way to maximize the features available in Infinite Profiles and Infinite Courses is with the new Infinite Disc Golf Mobile App! The app makes it easy to keep track of your score and stats while you play and to find local courses as you travel. With the app you can review courses, update conditions, and store all of your rounds played to the cloud. When you submit your rounds, you can immediately see the rounds Infinite Rating. The app is now available on Android devices. Perhaps our biggest disappointment of 2016 is how long the development for the iOS version of the app has taken, but progress is being made and we look forward to making the app available to Apple devices in 2017.

Infinite Discs at Tournaments Across the Country

Early in the year we realized that it was time for us to invest in a company vehicle. This beauty, appropriately named the “Infinite Van,” was the result of that realization. After buying the van in March, we have taken her to disc golf courses and tournaments that we have sponsored all over the place. Primarily we have made trips in the Utah and Idaho area for tournaments including the Utah Open which will be part of the Disc Golf Pro Tour this year, as well as Utah’s only PDGA A-Tier, The Solitude Open.

This van also made two trips to lovely Emporia, Kansas. The first trip was for the Glass Blown Open, and the second was for the PDGA World Championships that we stopped in for on our way to Peoria, Illinois for the Ledgestone Insurance Open. We had the wonderful opportunity to be the Official Vendors of the Ledgestone Insurance Open in 2016. I was able to spend some time with Terry Miller during each day of the live stream coverage to promote Infinite Discs and announce the daily giveaways that we did for each day of the tournament. In all the traveling we have done this year, we have had the opportunity to play some great disc golf courses, but even better meet some extraordinary people. We love this disc golf community that we have, and we look forward to more travels and experiences in 2017.

Infinite Discs VIP Club

Another great project we launched in 2016 was the Infinite Discs VIP Club. This is an exclusive club aimed toward disc collectors. All members of the VIP Club receive a new package every month with a new limited edition disc that cannot be found anywhere else, not even on our own website! So far, the club has been a huge success, and right now we have an offer that will allow folks to sign up and pay for the entire year’s membership up front. More info on this offer and the club in general can be found here.

Team Infinite

This summer, we opened up applications for players looking to represent our brand as part of Team Infinite. The response was incredible, and slightly overwhelming. After sifting through all the wonderful applications that we received, we selected several new team members from across the country.

Already we have seen Team Infinite be a positive influence in the local disc golf communities across the country. From running charity or fundraiser tournaments to teaching new and young players about the sport, Team Infinite is working hard to grow the sport, and we couldn’t be happier with the team members we have. Are you interested in being a part of the team? While we are not actively accepting new members at this time, you can still fill out our application here.

New Infinite Discs Location in Pocatello, Idaho

Here at Infinite Discs, we are quickly growing out of the small office building in Logan, Utah that we have called home since we first opened for business in 2012. We are excited to be building a new warehouse just down the road in 2017.

This past summer we were able to open for business a little further down the road (about 90 miles) in my hometown of Pocatello, Idaho. Pocatello is a growing and thriving disc golf community with three permanent disc golf courses and more in the works! We opened up the new shop just across the street from the 9-hole course where I learned to play this sport that we all love, Ross Park. Currently, the Pocatello store’s inventory is separate from our online inventory, but in the coming weeks we will start to include parts of our Pocatello Inventory online to expand our online selection, particularly in the apparel department. So watch for more info to come on that soon! For now, go give our Idaho store a like on Facebook to be kept in the loop, and stop by when you are in the neighborhood!

New Infinite Discs Custom Stamp Designs

A couple years back we designed a simple Infinite Discs stamp that we released on a few disc molds, but we were never really in love with that design. So we worked hard to design some new awesome stamps that would look good and would make disc golfers want to show off their beautiful discs. First, we released the Infinite Bomber, which has received a very positive response, so we have tried to keep a healthy stock of Infinite Bomber Discs in stock.

About a month later, we released (my personal favorite) the Infinite Illuminati stamp. While the Illuminati sales have not quite matched the Infinite Bomber, we have still received some great feedback on this clean and unique design. Which one is your favorite?

Then there was the Blitzkrieg stamp, which was a limited edition 3-color stamp that we did with MVP/Axiom for the Black Friday Weekend. We still have a handful of the Blitzkrieg stamps left, and you can search for this stamp as well as the Bomber and Illuminati using our Advanced Disc Search on the site.

What Will 2017 Hold?

We do not know what exactly to expect in 2017, but we do have projects in the works. We know that the iOS app will be ready this year, and we know will be relocating to a new warehouse. We also may know a few things that I can’t quite reveal yet, but we hope you will stick with us to enjoy the ride. We hope to continue to do our part to help grow the sport in 2017, and make everyone’s disc golf experience just a little bit better.

Christmas Ideas for Disc Golfers

Christmas is just around the corner. Golf discs make great, affordable, Christmas presents. Disc golfers love trying different discs and gadgets that make their disc golf experience more enjoyable.

Here are a few ideas to help the non-disc golfer choose a winning gift for the avid disc golfer.

New Disc Golf Discs

Disc golfers love trying new discs. But with hundreds of different options to choose from, how do you know which Frisbee to choose? Here are a few of the hottest selling new releases of 2016.

Distance Bombers

Newer technology and disc mold innovations continue to make disc golf technology better. There have been plenty of new discs released this year that flat out fly farther than discs of the past. Here are a few to consider.

Discmania DDX – The Discmania DDX has been one of the most hyped up drivers ever. This disc is very similar to the Innova Destroyer which is the most popular distance driver currently on the market.

Westside Destiny – Every disc golfer wants more driving distance. The Westside Destiny is ultra fast and glides forever. There is a good chance your loved one will set a new distance record with the Destiny, and they will thank you every day because it was you who so thoughtfully bought one for them.

MVP Catalyst – The Catalyst uses multi weighted Gyro technology to produce a unique disc flight. The most popular of these Gyro distance bombers released this year is the MVP Catalyst.

Discraft Thrasher – Unlike many of the other major brands, Discraft doesn’t release a lot of new molds, but when they do, they are usually excellent. The Thrasher fits that mold. This is another distance bomber that is the perfect stability for max distance for the Intermediate Disc Golfer.

Great Discs for New Disc Golfers

Until a player develops adequate form, snap, and arm speed, distance drivers like those listed above won’t necessarily provide more distance, and will likely provide more frustration. For a newer player, consider one of these new discs.

DGA Sail – The DGA Sail is effortlessly controllable. This disc drives very well and stays incredibly straight for a frisbee golf driver.

Vibram Onyx – For new disc golfers the Onyx has been described as a game changer. This disc is very easy to control and gets newer disc golfers more distance than just about any other disc.

Collectible Discs

In the disc golf world, discs aren’t only thrown, but they are also used as wall hangers for their artistic beauty. Limited disc runs are manufactured with unique designs and stamps and many become valuable collectors items. If you’re looking for a collector discs, here are some options to consider:

DSC06043Discraft Buzzz GT – The Buzzz is the most popular midrange disc on the market. The Bangar Groove Top (GT) is one of Discrafts most popular putt and approach discs.

As the official vendor of the 2016 Ledgestone Insurance Open, we were able to have a limited run of 500 of Groove Top Buzzes made. You might love the way the groove top feels, but if not there is no doubt that this disc is a thing of beauty.

blitzkriegbombercloseUnique Infinite Stamp Discs – Infinite Discs released a limited number of bomber stamp discs in 2016 including the MVP Blitzkrieg stamp. Find your disc golfers favorite disc and get them one just like it with a unique Infinite Stamp. To search these discs,

Infinite VIP Club

If you want to spoil your disc golfer with an entire years worth of new and collectible discs, then sign them up for the VIP club. On December 12th, 100 additional spots in the club will be made available for new members.

Lots of Discs for Cheap

If you like value, where you get more bang for your buck, consider an Infinite Deals Box. This is the perfect sampler package for disc golfers of all skill levels. Each mystery box includes a combination of discs from collectibles to misprints. Each box is carefully selected to include discs with a variety of different flight types and discs from multiple manufacturers. If you don’t know exactly what you are looking for, this is the perfect, inexpensive, way to delve into a new spectrum of disc and plastic types. With an Infinite Deals box the average cost of each premium plastic disc is about half the normal MSRP, and your average cost per disc is less than $10 each!

Multiple Putters

Every disc golfer I have ever met wants to improve their putting game. Improved putting comes through practice, and the easiest way to practice is to have multiple putters of the same plastic and weight. Figure out what putter your disc golfer is using, and buy them 6-10 more. A handy way to get lots of putters at once is with an Infinite Discs Putter pack.

Disc Golf Accessories

Disc Retrievers

If your disc golfer regularly plays courses with water hazards, a disc retriever is a must have.  The Golden Retriever will help him rescue his most favorite discs. This ingenious device makes it easy to fish discs out of the water. It’s small, light weight, and effective.

For fishing out of streams and running bodies of water, the Disc Gator is the retrieving device of choice. The easy collapsing tent pole extends about 12 feet making it quick and easy to get your disc out of water or tall trees.

Disc Golf Bags

If your disc golfer owns multiple discs, but doesn’t carry a bag, or uses something that wasn’t designed for disc golf, a small bag will make a great gift. The Infinite Discs starter bag offers the best value on the market and has a large variety of colors to choose from.

For the disc golfer who has a small bag, but is now really getting into the sport (acquiring lots of discs, playing in organized events etc.), a larger bag ($30 – $80) or disc golf backpack ($70-$220) is an ideal Christmas gift. From a disc golfers perspective, there is something very satisfying about being able to carry enough discs to satisfy any shot you might face.

The hottest trend for the serious tournament playing disc golfer right now is a disc golf cart.  These things aren’t cheap, but there is no better way to show your disc golfer you really care about them than by gifting them a cart that will allow them to carry around 30+ discs without breaking their back.

For a tournament playing disc golfer, the cart allows disc golfers to bring everything they need for a serious round of disc golf including a sweatshirt, jacket, umbrella, disc retrievers, backup discs, backups of the backups, large water bottles, and best of all it provides a comfortable seat anywhere on the course.

Disc Golf Basket

For that extra special someone, a portable disc golf basket is a great gift that will really get them excited. Portable baskets are ideal to help improve putting, and for setting up temporary disc golf courses. My recommended portable disc golf basket is the DGA Mach Lite.
